This is session of 10x120s shots of the Sagittarius region using my Canon T5 camera in piggyback on my SkyWatcher BlackDiamond 150/750 telescope, using the EQ3-2 motorized mount. Near the center of the shot, the brightest star is actually Saturn. This picture was taken in Santa Pola, Alicante, Spain, on August 11th, 2018.
This session is a 40x60s shots of the same region, using my Canon T5 camera with the 55mm lenses in piggyback on my SkyWatcher BlackDiamond 150/750 telescope, using the EQ3-2 motorized mount. This time is darks, dark flats and bias frames, processed and stacked using Pixinsight. Improvement is noticeable, especially because the field is wider and the quality is better.
