Wide field astrophotography is very similar to landscape astrophotography. The main different is that it does not include elements from the ground and only shows the sky, but with a wider angle than deep sky astrophotography. It can include elements like the Moon and planets, shooting stars, the closest galaxies and nebulae, and of course the Milky Way.
